Dr. Gholamreza Ebrahimi-Nejad, PhD

Associate Professor (Retired), Kerman University of Medical Sciences

Bio

I am Dr. Gholamreza Ebrahiminejad. From April 1993 to July 1997, I worked at the Pain Relief Clinic, Gartnavel Royal Hospital, affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine, University of Glasgow, specifically within the Division of Behavioural Sciences, Department of Psychological Medicine. I completed my PhD thesis titled:
β€œAn Investigation of Personality, Coping and Emotion in Patients with Persistent Pain” (Available at: 10.5525/gla.thesis.38949).

Since 1997, I served as a faculty member at the Psychiatric Hospital affiliated with the Kerman University of Medical Sciences, working actively in specialized and subspecialty clinics at Bahonar Hospital.

Currently, I am retired and reside in Virginia, USA, where I continue my research and writing with full academic freedom, focusing on theoretical and interdisciplinary studies of pain and consciousness β€” particularly through the development of the Master Key Theory (MKT).

If you are interested in exploring these ideas further, I would be delighted to invite you to join our IASP discussions on the Master Key Theory (MKT), where you can find comparative articles, conceptual frameworks, and integrative dialogues among international members.
